Visceral surgery - also called abdominal surgery - includes the surgical treatment of the abdominal organs of the gastrointestinal tract and the abdomen. An important part of our daily work includes diagnostics as well as the operative therapy of tumor diseases. We work here interdisciplinarily with various colleagues in our company, as well as with cooperation partners in Frankfurt and Hessen. As part of preventive care, as well as in oncological aftercare, we perform gastrointestinal mirrorings and all radiological examinations. The aim is to provide all those affected with the individual treatment that is adapted to the clinical picture, which guarantees the greatest security for a healing of the desease. As a clinic with a high level of expertise in laparoscopic surgery (keyhole surgery), our tumor patients have particular benefit from our extensive experience in this area, since laparoscopic surgery is far more atraumatic and less stressful. It offers the same oncological safety.

Center for surgical reflux treatment
Before the surgical intervention, we make our patients comprehensive reflux diagnostics:

gastroscopy.
After the examination, a decision is made as to which method is best for the patient:
Hiatoplasty,
fundapplication,
LINX.
Post-operation controls as X-ray control, gastroscopy etc. we offer es well.
Center for surgical hernia treatment
We have open procedures and laparoscopic techniques available. We discuss whether the repair of a fracture by means of a suture or a suitable mesh insert is carried out in the context of a detailed consultation after detailed examination.
